Summer Came Early

Summer Came Early' is a 15-minute romance drama film that focuses on the side effects of chemotherapy and how they impact a young LGBT+ couple. It is set in summery Barcelona in the present day. The dialogue alternates between English and Catalan, the local language.

Logline: After finishing chemotherapy, Èric is reunited with his boyfriend Matt, but the couple struggles to reconnect due to Eric’s loss of libido, a side effect of treatment.
